RMA Policy

Our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy outlines the warranty terms and procedures applicable to all customers, vendors, authorized vendors, retail customers, and wholesale customers.

This policy ensures a transparent and hassle-free process for warranty claims, repairs, or replacements. Please read the guidelines carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

To initiate an RMA claim, please follow these steps:

Warranty Claim Process

1. Verify the warranty period on your tax invoice.

2. Contact our customer support or visit our nearest service center in Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru.

3. Submit the product along with the original tax invoice and warranty details.

4. Our team will inspect the product and determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or credit note issuance.

Warranty Coverage

Desktops | Motherboards | SSDs | Monitors | ATX-Cabinets | RAMs | Graphic Cards | Keyboards | Mouse | Accessories | CPU Cooler Fans | Toners Cartridges | Speakers | SMD SMPS | Computer Peripherals | Laptop Accessories.

Validity

Validity as per the period specified on the tax invoice.

Service

Covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal use.

Exclusion 1

Damage caused by mishandling, liquid spills, dust, fire, voltage fluctuations, or other external factors.

Exclusion 2

Burnt components, scratches, pin bends, or patches on the product.

Exclusion 3

Products with mutilated or tampered serial numbers or warranty stickers.

Limitation 1

Alterations, defacement, or tampering of the product or serial number.

Limitation 2

Damage incurred during transit or improper handling.

Limitation 3

Use of the product contrary to the operations specified in the user manual.

Limitation 4

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused during transit.

Limitation 5

Logistics and handling charges are to be borne solely by the customer/sender/buyer.

Please Note

Replacement or Credit Note Policy

If we are unable to provide a repair or replacement under warranty, a credit note will be issued. The credit note value will be determined as follows:

Based on the market rate or purchase rate, whichever is lower.

Logistics and handling charges are non-refundable.
