These terms and conditions govern the use of products and services provided by PowerX. By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Service Centers

• PowerX operates service centers in Pune, Mumbai, Vashi (New Mumbai), Hyderabad, and Bengaluru to provide assistance and support for our customers.
  
  Warranty Coverage
• Our warranty does not cover damages such as burns, patches, scratches, pin bends, liquid damages resulting from dust, foreign objects, fire, water, input voltage beyond specifications, riot, mishandling, lighting, flood, or any act of nature and use.
• Warranty coverage is void if the serial number or product is mutilated, defaced, altered, or if the warranty sticker is tampered with.
• Warranty coverage duration is as per the period mentioned in the Tax Invoice for each respective product.
  
  Credit Note
• In cases where we are unable to cover the warranty, we may issue a Credit Note based on market rates or purchase rates, whichever is lower.
  
  Logistics and Handling Charges
• Logistics and handling charges associated with warranty claims are solely borne by the customer, sender, or buyer. PowerX does not cover these charges.
  
  Data Loss and Recovery
• PowerX is not responsible for data loss or recovery settings of the products. Customers are advised to back up their data regularly.
  
  RMA Requests
• When submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a valid Tax Invoice.
  
  Acceptance of Terms
• By using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the voiding of warranty coverage and other remedies as deemed appropriate by PowerX.
